How Does MusicMyCulture Works?

We've been asked by one of our customer about how do we work on a long distance business with the supplier in U.S. We are happy that someone asking about this question and we will answer all the details here.

We work with several distributor and manufacture in U.S mainly in Musical Instruments and Audio industries(Audio products will be available in mid-end of December 2010). As for example, our musical instruments distributor has been in the business in New York since the early 60's era and their service is very fast.

Do not mistaken us with other 'reseller' that usually uses 'middle-man' services as drop-ship. We do not and not even close to that! We deal straight with the 'Distributor' and 'Manufacture' legally and had our company/tax ID registered in order to work with them(You can verify it by calling them).


Here how the process goes from Customers Order to Shipping process:
  1. Customer purchase products at MusicMyCulture.com
  2. All MusicMyCulture 'staff' will get notified by Email and Cellular notification.
  3. We will then immediately make a Phone Call(Not Email) to our distributor and confirm the order.
  4. Our distributor will make the packaging for you and confirm us with your address.
  5. If you purchase the product before 3pm(PST -7), then the shipment will be sent on the same day straight from our distributor warehouse to you!
  6. Happy customers will receive it in 2 to 3 working days.
